Our take
This manual processor is a throwback, but it works surprisingly well. The five cone blades let you switch between grating, shredding, and slicing without much fuss. It’s quiet, requires no electricity, and the stainless build feels sturdy. You do need some elbow grease for large jobs, and the hand cranking can be tiring. Also, the 14-inch width takes up counter space. Cleanup is easy since parts are dishwasher safe.
